While exploring abroad as a touring artist, I met an enthusiastic mid-aged owner who had just launched his dream burger and beverage restaurant. Proudly sharing his story, he explained that he owns a small nearby farm where all the vegetables, herbs, and meat come straight from—ensuring everything is ultra-fresh and full of flavor. The challenge? The online delivery platform required every menu item photographed in one impossible session. We chose a better way: spreading the shoots across two weeks. Each visit, I captured freshly prepared burgers built with just-picked greens, house-ground patties, artisan buns, hand-cut fries, vibrant salads, and creative beverages—everything at its peak, still warm from the grill and bursting with natural color and texture.
